Reflexology

In medicine, reflexology is a complex of methods of point impact on certain parts of the body. When exposed to biologically active points, they are stimulated by impulses. They, in turn, act on those parts of the brain that trigger the processes of homeostasis and regeneration in the affected organ. While many forms of acupuncture use needles to affect projection zones, noninvasive stimulation with gentle tools and the practitioner’s hands are time tested and preferred.
